Job Description:
Entry-Level Coordinator
Cavalry Transportation Inc., a publicly traded, industry leading third-party logistics (3PL) and transportation company is in search of a Coordinator for their Nashville operation. The ideal candidate will be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel, have good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to multi-task, prioritize and function in a fast paced work environment.

Experience and Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in a clerical or administrative position
• Associate’s Degree in Business is preferred but not required
• Ability to schedule pick-ups and delivery times
• Comfortable with data-entry
• Ability to communicate with trucking carriers
• Manage other clerical tasks as assigned by the General Manager
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office-setting
