Act as the first line of support for various organizations’ computer networks. Proactively monitor networks to ensure availability to all users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. Communicate and coordinate all activities effectively and efficiently with internal and external resources while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
