Job Title: Helpdesk Support
Duration: Long-term, open-ended contract
Shift: Must be flexible with shift and able to train Full Time (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm paid training) for 4 weeks
Pay Rate: $13/hour
Job Description:
-100% phone support- responds to customer technical problems/issues related to software, applications and networking
-High volume, fast paced call center environment
-PC software and application support experience needed
Requirements:
-Must be flexible with schedule
-Must be able to pass a technical screen, previous I.T. experience is needed
-Advanced written and verbal communication skills needed
-Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
