Job DescriptionAssistant Manager (with Administrative Assistant duties) @ 12 Stones Golf Club – Looking for high energy, positive, reliable, self-started individual looking to be a part of our club.

• Assist the owner with the day-to-day activities – drafting letters & light bookkeeping skills
• Deliver Relational Service to Members/ Guests in Golf Shop
• Accurately register players, schedule starting times, manage tee sheet, provide information as to the days rules/setup
• Perform opening and closing procedures as trained
• Answer phone and assist members and guests with questions
• Clean, straighten and maintain the Golf Shop
• Develop product knowledge and sell merchandise
• Assist with recognizing the need to reorder items such as: golf balls, tees, glove sizes, repair tools, etc.
