Job DescriptionOur company is looking for a Business Development Specialist to generate and provide qualified leads to our sales team.
This job will be very demanding and have very high activity level requirements, so the lazy need not apply.
What he/she will be doing is developing a sales prospecting system that will reach out to CEOs, CFOs, Facility Managers, and Business Owners all across North America.
Training on the technology will be provided, but the actual prospecting system is largely up to the individual. A minimum of 300+ new contacts must be made every week. Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate is good at sales, has a good level of technological ability, and is able to work in isolation (mostly a work from home position).
A professional appearance, good LinkedIn presence, and excellent writing skills are required. It will be a 40+ hours per week job with a small base salary plus commission.
