Job Description:
The Shalom Zone- Achievement in the Making (AIM) program is a faith-based Christian after school program. The program is looking for highly qualified individuals with a passion and experience in education and youth development. The AIM After School Program of the Gallatin Shalom Zone serves at-risk students, grades, 1-8. The program provides homework help and tutoring in core subjects of Math, Science, and Language Arts. The AIM program operates Monday thru Thurs 3-5 p.m. This part-time teaching position will work with elementary students hands-on providing homework help, academic enrichment and character development. Mission: To develop positive self-esteem in youth involved in the program, work to improve student’s grades, and behavior through supervised after school academic enrichment and character development activities.

Job Requirements:
