Job Description:
As a Staffmark Recruiter you will be working with applicants and clients to make effective matches. These matches are made through interviewing, testing and orientation of the client/customer needs.
Job Requirements:
Experience working in a fast paced atmosphere
Knowledge of social media, job boards and community recruiting resources.
Previous experience handling conflict resolution.
Ability to answer a multi-line phone system
Ability to coordinate many activities at once.
Screening and Interviewing candidates
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to work with many different personalities.
Position will be based in Gallatin, Springfield or Nashville. We have several openings.
