Job Description:
Serves as a role model and coach for other C N A’s in restorative practices and policies.
Carries out routine maintenance or restorative programs, including dining program, according to schedule.
Applies splints according to Physical therapy referral.
Assists residents with maintenance of activities of daily living and hydration programs.
Performs restorative exercise routines and passive range of motion activities.

Job Requirements:
Successful completion of a State Approved Certification course and have successfully passed a State Certification exam. Must be actively certified as a Certified Nurse Assistant. If certified in another state, must be seeking reciprocity with Tennessee
Must have completed an on the job Restorative Nursing Technician orientation program.
1 or more years as a CNA in a long term care facility
