Job Description:
Successful candidate will execute emergency entry, rescue and first aid, suppresses fires. Completes regular training sessions and performs station maintenance and vehicles as required. As a condition of employment with the City of Cookeville Fire Department, all firefighters are required to attend and successfully complete the Tennessee Fire Academy. Individual will work a 24 hours-on/48 hours-off shift. Requires the ability to pass an annual physical agility and medical surveillance test.
