IT Support Specialist

Job Description• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information
• General technical support for staff with hardware, software,
networking, etc.
• Monitors performance levels of software and hardware
• Assists with managing and monitoring equipment inventory
lists
• General maintenance and support for patient portal, security
system, software, etc.
• Assists with support for digital HIPAA and Meaningful Use
related compliances and protocols
• Additional duties may be assigned

Job Requirements• Associates Degree or Higher in Computer Science or any other related Technical field
• Experience with Active Directory, Citrix Provisioning, Virtual
Environments, General Networking, and SQL Server preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years of IT support preferred, but not required
