Immigration Paralegal - AV rated law firm in Nashville seeks full-time paralegal to assist attorneys with growing caseload, writing of legal memoranda, and legal research. This is an interesting and challenging position for the right person. Bachelor’s degree required. Outstanding persuasive writing skills and the ability to juggle deadlines are critical. Job Requirements:
The right candidate must be able to organize and write memoranda of law based on well-developed pre-existing templates with few or no grammatical errors and a high degree of organizational and stylistic polish. This will also require independent resesarch into the evidence provided by the client. You will work very closely with your supervisory attorney to convince government that our clients are worthy of a visa to work in the U.S. based on their qualifications.
