Job Description:
- Initiates outbound telephone calls to new and existing customers to promote sales of various bank products
- Utilizes effective selling skills to build a positive relationship with customers
- Recognizes potential to cross sell and make referrals
- Prepares necessary documentation to facilitate close of sale
- Maintains records of calls made and outcomes achieved
- May work in Call Center environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years minimum experience
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn about a variety of bank products
- Good phone voice
- Ability to read from a script
- Ability to comprehend varied research information
- Excellent sales or telemarketing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent research skills
Hours:
Tuesday -Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay:
$11.20/hr
