Overview: The purpose of the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is to provide our clients with a dedicated, high-end technical resource that will manage projects, technology initiatives, and drive business for a specific set of accounts. CRM's are viewed as a "total resource" and act as the Director/Systems Administrator in that they are competent and familiar with all of the technologies that our company can provide within an account and the specific needs of those key accounts. By managing and taking ownership over these initiatives, we ensure that our communication and efforts stay streamlined and focused on meeting key business objectives.
