Legal Intake Specialist -

Job DescriptionOur intake specialists perform legal intakes, gathering detailed, case type-specific information about potential client cases, helping injured people get the legal help they need.

Job Requirements•Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically spelling, grammar and diction.
•Pleasant and caring, professional phone voice.
•Strong active-listening skills.
•Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy)
•Strong computer skills, specifically in Windows environment.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
•Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, College Students welcomed.
•Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.
•Customer-service experience a plus (6 months minimum).
