Administrative and Special Project Intern

Job DescriptionAs the summer Intern, you will be asked to do various things in multiple departments (Special Events, Campaign, Marketing, and possibly some light administrative work). The main focus will be assisting our Special Events Coordinator with the Stuff the Bus school supply drive that takes place the month of July. While this is a summer position, depending on a range of things, the internship could be extended into the fall. As of right now, the hours per week would be anywhere from 10-15, but subject to change either direction.

Job RequirementsWe are searching for a person with a passion for community and possibly looking toward a career in the nonprofit sector. This person should be (relatively) flexible with their schedule, patient, eager to learn, eager to work, dependable, possess strong people and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

We also ask that the candidate understand the high importance of confidentiality and discretion.
