Job Description:
Summary: Assist guest with hotel accommodations by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following. • Converses with guest by phone in a professional and curtsey manner to determine destination, dates of interest, and accommodations required. • Provides guest with information such as availability, rates, and types of accommodations available, points of interest, special events, and other hotel information for various locations. • Confirms hotel reservations with computerized reservation system. • Offer alternate properties, types of accommodations or dates as needed. • Answer inquiries regarding reservations and general information. • Knows how to handle escalated situation • Maintains demeanor and conformity to company policies. • Excellent Oral & Written Skills • Multi-task Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must type at least 25 WPM and have computer knowledge.
