Job Description:
We are seeking a full time Customer Service representative to work as an order/customer support specialist for our ecommerce company specializing in Customized Promotional Products. This is a 40/hours per week position with possible overtime available at time plus a quarter of pay. We currently have one customer service position available. We are looking for a professional, computer savvy, hard-working, detail oriented person to help process daily orders and field phone calls from potential/existing customers. Pay Scale ranges from $21,000 to $25,000/year plus Quarterly Commission Bonuses. Recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply; these positions are available with the intention of long term growth and advancement. The office that you will be working out of is located in Hendersonville, TN. Currently healthcare is not offered. Holiday and Vacation pay is offered. There is a two week temporary work trial period after you are hired.

Job Requirements:
Typing and computer navigation tools. Grammar & Math: the position requires consistent good use of grammar and the ability to catch any grammatical mistakes within orders placed through our website. Tasks will also include calculating order costs and profit/loss for potential and existing orders through predetermined mathematical equations . Phone/Email Etiquette: As an ecommerce business, our entire business is transacted through phone/email/internet. Time Organization and Detail Oriented.
