Job Description:
Do you have strong communication skills? Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service? If so, we would love to speak with you further about joining LifeWay as a Temporary Customer Service Representative. Temporary Customer Service Representatives will represent LifeWay Christian Resources to customers regarding product inquiries and order fulfillment. Serve as the means by which customers worldwide may order Broadman & Holman, LifeWay Church Resources and other vendor products. Answer customer questions during phone conversations regarding any LifeWay distributed products. Input phone orders, verify shipping addresses, carrier information and make other order changes as needed. Assist customers with previously placed orders using current tracking methods. Recommend, promote, add-on, up or cross sell LifeWay resources to meet the expressed and unexpressed needs of customers. This position is located in Nashville, TN. Work schedule will be Monday – Friday with flexible work hours up to 32 hours per week that vary from 7:30am-6:00pm. We anticipate this temporary assignment to last for a minimum of 5 months.
