The Technical Support Representative provides web customer support for LifeWay customers that order products and services via LifeWay's internet site, and for digital products sold through any LifeWay sales channel. Inquiries come from customers via telephone or electronic communication in a contact center environment. This position requires excellent familiarity with LifeWay's products and services as well as proficiency with current technological delivery systems. Responsible for investigating, analyzing and resolving customer inquires received by phone, email mailboxes, live web chats, or inquiries from internal partners regarding customer order issues. Must be proficient using multiple digital platforms and understand the difference between a software configuration issue and a hardware compatibility issue. This position is located in Nashville, TN. Possible work schedule will be Monday – Saturday with flexible work hours up to 32 hours per week. This temporary assignment will last for a minimum of 5 months.
