Job Description:
Now hiring for part time front desk agents may turn into full time. Responsiblilities include checking our guests in and out of the hotel, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must be able to work anyday of the week and shift . Experience would be great but not a necessity. Please send your resume in or apply in person. No phone calls please.
Responsibilities include:
•Provides guest with a warm and welcoming check-in and check out.
•Fields all guest requests and issues and either resolves personally or involves the appropriate department to obtain guest satisfactions. This is a very multi tasking job and very detailed oriented
•Resolves guest's concerns in a thoughtful manner while maintaining hotel standards
• Must be able to be cross trained to balance the days shift work, answer the PBX, and run the Night Audit
