REQUIREMENTS:
• Delivers excellent client service with integrity and care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dresses professionally, is reliable, and strives for excellence in all tasks
• Needs to be able to perform minor maintenance on equipment and software
• Troubleshooting basic problems relating to system hardware or software
• Travels to customer sites
• Analyses problems and makes recommendations based off of AOCC product suite
• Tests, assists with the installs, and monitors new systems
• Performs virus removal on infected systems
• Attends meetings, workshops and training classes as needed
• Additional office duties as needed
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Must be willing to learn off of videos, onsite training and training classes as determined by management.
• Learns quickly, follows directions accurately and possesses a positive attitude
• Would like experience with PSA systems
• Knowledge and experience working with Exchange Server 2007 or newer a plus
• Knowledge and experience working with Hardware Firewalls.
• A+, Networking +, MCP or MCSE Microsoft technical certifications a plus!!
• Pay scale is $12 to $20 hr. (Amount depends on experience with what is listed above. Pay evaluation after the first 90 days.)
