Job DescriptionZMX, Incorporated, seeks a full time Construction Budget Coordinator. Candidates' skills must include an accounting background and possess the ability to create project bids, budgets, and purchase order systems. Excel proficiency is required. Knowledge of QuickBooks and construction background is a plus, but not a must.
Job Requirements-Putting projects out to bid to subcontractors and suppliers on behalf of ZMX, Inc. and related developers
-Generating budgets for analysis regarding upcoming and active construction projects
-Creating project budgets that reflect bid scope and purchase orders
-Assist accounting department in composition of reports and spreadsheets reflecting project data in preliminary construction phase, active construction phase, and upon closing of a project.
-Ability to operate cloud based construction software. Training received upon employment by ZMX.
