Customer Service Representative

Job Description This position is for a Customer Service Representative in the SERVPRO National Call Center.
The Call Center is a 24/7 environment that captures and dispatches revenue opportunities to
local SERVPRO Franchises throughout the nation (including Canada). Customer Service
Representatives are expected to maintain flexibility with respect to working overtime and
holidays, especially during storm-related weather events.

Job RequirementsHSD/GED; college is a plus.
1 + year(s) of great customer service experience, Call Center experience preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including proper pronunciation, grammar and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
Possess polite and confident, excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning.
Adaptable to remain calm and reasonable amidst tense or stressful situations.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
Capability to work in a fast paced, team oriented office environment.
PC skills in multi-screen/task environment.
Microsoft Office 2007/2010 experience (i.e.: Outlook).
Type at least 40+wpm (must pass proficiency pre-assessments).
Must be willing to work some overtime and/or during your "off" days during storm events or times when more help is needed, as well as some holiday work.
