Customer Service Representative

Automated Health Systems -

Job DescriptionAutomated Health Systems is currently seeking motivated and team-oriented Telephonic Member Representatives for immediate part-time positions in the Nashville, TN area (located by Gaylord Opryland Resort & Opry Mills Mall area).

The primary responsibility of our service center is focused on helping low-income families and underserved populations to get access to health care services. Promotes quality member care, provides ongoing telephonic customer support to members by providing education as defined by TennCare.

Job Requirements
•Associate Degree in Social Work preferred or equivalent experience.
•Experience in customer service telephonic managed care environment.
•Experience with health insurance/Medicaid preferred.
•Strong communication and computer data entry skills.
•Strong PC proficiency (i.e., working with multiple computer systems) required.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
•Bi-lingual language skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
•Team player with interpersonal communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
