Job Description:
Responsible for assisting the head coach with various aspects of the women’s basketball program, specifically administrative duties and administrative and program organization as well as practices and conditioning, recruiting, and supporting the academic development and graduation of players.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of two years collegiate basketball coaching or administrative program experience OR minimum of four years collegiate or professional basketball playing experience. Education and experience necessary to perform all the functions of a Division I Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. Knowledge of and commitment to adhere to NCAA and OVC rules and regulations as well as University policies and procedures.
