Job DescriptionDescription: This positionís goal is to facilitate friendly assistance and efficient operations of communications and member services departments.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: serving as assistant to Director of Member Services; managing and coordinating all academies and meetings; coordinating the preparation of materials for board evaluations, superintendent evaluations and superintendent searches; coordinating catering arrangements, room setup and breaks for all in-house meetings; creating and tabulating meeting evaluations; overseeing association database; coordinating the membership award program and serving as receptionist back-up;.
Job RequirementsRequirements: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products is required. Ideal candidate will possess above average verbal, organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated proficiency in supporting a fast paced, deadline-oriented executive office is essential. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
