VSCC Campus Police Department 2006 Annual Report

Pursuant to the Federal “Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Information Act” of 1990 and the Tennessee “College and University Security Information Act” of 1989, the January through December 2006 and previous two (2) years are provided below. In compliance with the Federal Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act and the Tennessee College and University Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act of 2002, members of the campus community may obtain the most recent information received from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) concerning sex offenders employed, enrolled or volunteering at this institution from the VSCC Campus Police Department. Information is also available on the TBI’s website listing of sex offenders located on the internet at http://www.ticic.state.tn.us/SEX_ofndr/search_short.asp
