Chemistry at Volunteer State
The chemistry offerings at the College include essentially all of the chemistry courses that would be required in the first two years of a four-year curriculum in biology, chemistry, engineering, pre-nursing and pre-medical professional curricula. Courses which may transfer to area universities include Fundamentals of Chemistry (CHEM 1030), General College Chemistry with Qualitative Analysis (CHEM 1110, 1120), and Organic Chemistry (CHEM 2010, 2020).
