College@Home for Faculty
College At Home offers proctor services for students enrolled in online and video courses. We also offer make-up testing for students who may have missed class due to an illness or other extenuating circumstances. Any student testing with the College At Home department must schedule an appointment. We ask your cooperation in encouraging your students to scheduled an appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
If you would like to request proctor services for your students, please complete an exam instruction sheet and return it to the College At Home desk at least one week before your testing window begins.
Exams
Instructors requiring the services of College @ Home for proctoring exams must provide sufficient copies of their exams to the College @ Home department.
The College @ Home department provides students with a policies handout at the beginning of each semester. We do, however, ask for your cooperation in encouraging students to schedule appointments when taking exams. This ensures that an exam is available and/or helps to determine whether extra staffing is needed on a particular day.
Videos
Students may pick up their videos the week of their first class meeting. A set of videos will be provided, upon request, to any instructor teaching a College @ Home course. These videos are yours to keep as long as you are teaching the class.
Mailing Procedures
Your course checklist has a space provided for mailing instructions. Please be sure to specify whether you would like your completed exams mailed to you or whether you plan to pick them up. If you would like the College @ Home department to mail your exams to you, we will only do so after each deadline date.
