This five module program is broken into three Pre-Work Modules that will help you understand things like, different types of degrees offered, various offices on campus, how those offices can help you and different ways to get involved at Vol State. The three Pre-Work Modules will be done online before you select classes.

Once you have completed the Pre-Work Modules, you can make your reservation for the on-campus portion of Directions or, you can finish Directions online by completing the Required Modules.

We hope that you will choose to come on campus to finish the Directions program; but whichever way you complete the final two Required Modules, you will be familiarized with information like, Financial Aid, testing requirements, parking decals, registering for classes and lots more.

At the end of each module, there will be a short quiz to ensure you understand everything that is covered. Don’t worry! These quizzes are not designed to be difficult. You can even print a Directions study guide to help you as you work through the modules. You will need Acrobat Reader to open and print the Directions Study Guide.

Step 1: Print the Directions Study Guide.
Step 2: Complete the Pre-Work Modules.
Step 3: Make your reservation for the on-campus program or complete the Required Modules online.
