Information for Parents
The parent or guardian of a student under the age of 18 must sign the Summer Camp registration form. The registration form is available in PDF format or may be obtained by calling 615.230.3358. Refund information is provided on the Continuing Education website.
It is our sincere desire to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all campers. In order to accomplish this, the following information and procedures are provided.
For safety reasons, campers are “signed in” at the classroom each day. The individual who escorts the camper to the classroom must show a photo ID prior to the child’s admission to class. Likewise, children are “signed out” of class using the same procedure.
- Campers must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult while on the campus except during scheduled class time.
- Campers who are not picked up on time will be supervised by College personnel in Gibson Hall. Any delay beyond thirty minutes in picking up a child (except in an emergency) will result in the administrative withdrawal of the camper. Disruptive behavior in the classroom is cause for administrative withdrawal.
- All camps meet on the Volunteer State campus.
