CVS Caremark has a new, dedicated web site for State of TN insurance participants. Visit www.caremark.com/StateofTN to find information on locating participating network pharmacies, the list of covered drugs, plan-specific information (Standard PPO and Partnership PPO), FAQs, and many other helpful tools and resources. CVS Caremark can also be reached toll-free at 1-877-522-TNRX (8679).
CVS Caremark offers a service where you can get medications in a 90 day supply by mail. You can download a list of participating pharmacies.
