What is Edison?
Edison is the State of Tennessee’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Edison ERP system is designed to improve the State’s business functions, such as financials and accounting, procurement, logistics, HR payroll and benefits. Going forward the State of Tennessee is requiring all benefit enrollments, changes and dropping of coverage to take place through the Edison system. Each employee will receive a letter (sample letter attached) to the address on file from the State with login information. The Office of Human Resources will be able to assist those who are unable to retrieve their original login information.
To reset your Edison password you will need to contact the Edison Helpdesk 1-800-253-9981, select option 3.
