Annual Enrollment Transfer Period/Open Enrollment is October 1, 2013 to November 1, 2013. This year is different. From now on, the Annual Enrollment Transfer Period (AETP) will be an Open Enrollment for most programs. All eligible employees and dependents can enroll in health insurance each fall. There will no longer be a monthly late applicant fee. This allows all eligible employees, spouses, and dependents up to age 26 to enroll in the health plan and/or other optional benefits.
In addition to reviewing the information above, you may choose to attend one of the informational sessions hosted by the Office of Human Resources. Employees will have the opportunity to meet with the Human Resources staff, ask questions and receive guidance on completing their online enrollment in Edison.
Please see the form below to select a meeting date/time. These sessions are not required. They are offered as assistance if you are interested. The sessions will be located in Ramer 175.
If you DO NOT want to make changes
If you are happy with your current benefit selections, no action is required to remain enrolled in coverage. If you are currently enrolled and choose to stay in the Partnership PPO, you (and your covered spouse) are automatically agreeing to fulfill the 2014 Partnership Promise.
If you DO want to make changes
If you want to make changes in your coverage, you must do so online using employee self-service (ESS) in Edison, the state's business software. We will no longer accept paper forms for health, dental or optional vision plan changes or enrollments. Do you need instructions on how to log into Edison?
