This concentration is designed to prepare students for career growth in the hospitality industry. The hospitality industry is the second largest employer in Tennessee and solid opportunities exist for career growth from entry level to management responsibilities. Students enrolled in this concentration have the opportunity to gain knowledge, skills and abilities for positions in hotel/motel management and food and beverage management. Graduates of this program find employment in areas including reservations, food and beverage service, front desk operations, and hotel/motel/restaurant management. The college is a member of the Greater Nashville Hotel & Lodging Association and the Tennessee Restaurant Association.
