IT Assistance
Volunteer State Community College offers Faculty/Staff a couple of direct points of contact for IT Assistance.
PIN/Password Assistance - call the IT Help Desk at 615-230-3302 (or extension 3302 from an on-campus phone).
Hours of Operations for the IT Help Desk for Faculty/Staff:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday Closed
- Sunday Closed
Computer Related Issues (virus problems, broken equipment, other technical issues) - If the problem is an emergency that is stopping a class or production work, call extension 4357 (HELP) for assistance from the Emergency Technician Help Line. If the problem is not an emergency please submit an IT Request using the iService Desk. The iService Desk link can also be found on the Faculty & Staff website. Remember that iService Desk is only operational from a computer on campus.
Audio/Visual Assistance - if the problem is an emergency which is stopping a class please dial extension 3411 for assistance. If the problem is not an emergency or you need to schedule a set-up please submit an IT Request using the iService Desk. The iService Desk link can also be found on the Faculty & Staff website. Remember that iService Desk is only operational from a computer on campus.
