To create a Works Cited page entry for a Web page, include the following information in the order given. See the samples for appropriate punctuation.

Author’s name

Title of part of the Web page.

Title of the Web site.

Posting date or most recent update.

Name of institution or organization sponsoring the Web site, if given.

Access date.
-
URL of Web page in angle brackets; if no relevant URL is available, type in Keyword followed by the term you used.
Author's last name, Author's first name. "Title of the Web page." Title of the Web site. Posting date or date of most recent update. Name of institution sponsoring the Web site. Access date <URL>.
Note: There is not a period between the access date and URL; the period follows the closing angle bracket.
