TEL Tennessee Electronic Library provides free online access to selected electronic databases for all libraries serving the citizens of the state of Tennessee: public, academic, school, and not-for-profit special libraries.TEL is supported by state funds and federal funds under the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) and is administered by the Tennessee State Library and Archives, a division of the Tennessee Department of State.
