Literary Reference Center	This is a comprehensive database that provides users with a broad spectrum of information on thousands of authors and their works across literary disciplines and timeframes.
Academic Search Premier	Academic Search™ Premier contains indexing and abstracts for more than 8,200 journals, with full text for more than 4,500 of those titles…contains full text coverage in biology, chemistry, engineering, physics, psychology, religion & theology, etc.

The second group of databases require a vendor username and password for access. Please ask someone at the Reference Desk for vendor username and password information, call 615-230-3405, or email librarian@volstate.edu. Vol State librarians at Livingston and McGavock Centers also have vendor username and password information.

Plunkett Research Online	Plunkett Research Online contains information from Plunkett’s entire line of printed material, organized with tools and search engines to better explore the data.
