Important Registration Information

Credit card payments (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa) can be made online by logging into your student account. Full instructions on how to make online payments can be downloaded in PDF format. A more general brochure on using Pride online is also available (PDF format). If you need assistance with your username or password to access you online account, please contact the Help Desk at (866) 451 - 5469. If you have questions regarding the fees on your student account, refunds, parking decals, payment deadlines, or business office holds, you may contact the Business Office at (615) 230-3585 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Fee Due date for early registration for Fall 2010 is August 18, 2010. Beginning August 18th, your fall 2010 fees are due on the same day that you register. If your payment is not paid by the due date, any classes for which you have registered will be dropped from your schedule. The deferred payment plan is available for fall term.

Direct Deposit is offered as an option for students to receive their excess financial aid or refunds. You can download full instructions on how to set-up the direct deposit information in PDF format.

Important Billing Dates for Early Registration

Fees for early registration are due August 18, 2010. Beginning Fall 2010 Semester, only one paper bill will be mailed. Bills will be mailed on August 12, 2010. All other billing will be e-bills that can be viewed online and will include the amount due, the payment due date and your class schedule. E-bills will be processed on July 29, 2010 and August 6, 2010.

To view your e-bills (online statement), go to Pride on-line:

  1. Log in to Pride Online using your student V-number and PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, contact the Help Desk at (65) 230 - 3302
  2. Once you are logged into Pride Online, Click on the “Student” tab
  3. Click on “Student Account”
  4. Click on “Pay Account Balance/Set Up Direct Deposit Information”
  5. Log in again using your V-number and PIN — Same as above
  6. Click on “E-Bills”
  7. Click on “latest bill” to view your e-bill
