1. Academic users will migrate to Office 2003 by June 30, 2004
Academic users will have Office 2003 installed on their computer. Users requesting this software will have it installed and will be trained on its use.
Adequate
1. Post an online survey of all academic users requesting the software and complete the survey process by April 15, 2004
2. These results will be evaluated by the Academic Computing department no later than 7 working days after the survey is complete.
3. Evaluate results to determine if any changes need to be made.

Objective 2
2. A wireless local area network will be installed on campus for student and faculty instructional use
100% of students and faculty will be informed of the network and its benefits

1. Use e-mail, monitors, etc, to inform faculty, staff and students about the wireless local area network and its benefits.
2. Documented evidence of the distribution of information will be accumulated and reviewed.
