1. To ensure accessibility to programs Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ADA Tables will be placed in classroom as measured by the ADA requirements of 1 wheelchair location per 25 seats in assembly areas.
1. Install one ADA Table & Chair in each classroom in the N, W, & T Buildings as measured by the ADA code by June, 2004
( This will total to 41 classrooms)
1. Requesting Special Project funding
2. Increase budget. account #250050 for
Table ($1300) and
Chairs ($570) for 42 tables and chairs will cost $83,500
1. Complete analysis of each classroom.
2. Complete need analysis by building and room
3. Present to Facilities Committee
3. Meet with VP of Facilities/ VP SS
3. Obtain approved from Cabinet

2. To participate in fundraising committee activities for Office of Disability Services (ODS) The VR grant being phased out and will lose valuable staff positions which provide services.
1. To increase funding of ODS by $70,000 for continued services and personnel by June, 2004
