Fall Class Registration Open Now

Vol State campus in fallRegistration is open now for the fall semester at Volunteer State Community College. New students will need to apply to the college first.

The college has a couple of new offerings this fall. Music students may appreciate new percussion classes, taught by accomplished percussionist Robert Kelly. Kelly has played on recordings and in concerts across the globe and in many different styles. This includes The Royal Swedish Ballet, The Philadelphia Virtuosi, many Broadway performances, and jazz and pop groups.

Students who need to take physical science general education requirements have a new option this fall. They can take both physical science required courses in one semester. Physical Geology and Historical Geology will each take just seven weeks to complete.

Fall classes start on August 25. The fall schedule is available on the college website at New students will need to fill out an application online on the website or in-person by visiting the Office of Admissions in the Ramer Building room 173.
