You may have heard about rock and roll dinosaurs, but we’re not talking about the Rolling Stones. Thaddeus Rex is a guy who hangs out with a dinosaur who really rocks. It’s a fun evening for parents to enjoy with their kids, coming up at Volunteer State Community College. Time Out NY says the Thaddeus Rex show is “reminiscent of David Bowie with flashes of Monty Python, Dr. Seuss and Shel Silverstein.” Man and dino rock out on March 24 at 6 p.m. for this concert in the Cafeteria of the Wood Campus Center on the Vol State campus at 1480 Nashville Pike in Gallatin. It is free and open to everyone. For more information call 615-230-3799.
