Volunteer State Community College has been recognized as an associate campus in the Vanderbilt University Hubert. H. Humphrey Fellowship Program. The partnership will bring 10 visiting international leaders to the Vol State campus this year, and in future years, to promote a mutual exchange of knowledge with students, faculty and staff.
