Registration Open Now for Vol State at Livingston Spring Classes

There’s a lot going on during the holiday season, so it’s important that folks interested in college classes take some time to start the process early. Volunteer State Community College Spring classes in Livingston start on January 12. Registration is open now for all students. New students must apply to the College first.
Vol State at Livingston is a degree granting center. There are more than 100 courses offered in this spring. Vol State offers many general education classes in Livingston, to help students fulfill general education requirements at Vol State and other colleges and universities. They include courses such as Elementary Algebra and English Composition. Online classes are another popular option at Vol State. The topics range from the Fundamentals of Web Programming and Design to Principles of Accounting, and include many of the college general education requirement classes. Online classes allow students to work at home and on their own schedule. The complete list of spring classes can be found at www.volstate.edu/schedule.
Livingston will be holding a registration day on January 10 from noon until 6 p.m. Students will be able to register and talk to advisors. However, walk-in visits are fine at any time. Livingston staff can walk new students through the process.
