Setting Up Your New PIN and Security Question
If you’ve logged in before and already set up your new PIN, this screen won’t show up and you can skip ahead to Part 3.
The first time you log in to the new system with your randomly generated PIN, you will be asked to create a new PIN that will be easier for you to remember. You’ll also be asked to create a Security Question that will allow you to retrieve your PIN without having to contact the help desk in case you lose or forget it. Follow the steps below to do this.
-
You will see “PIN has expired. Please change it now.”…enter the PIN you just used in the field marked “Re-enter Old PIN”.

-
Make up your own 6 character PIN using at least one number, just remember that it is case sensitive if using letters.
-
Enter the new PIN into both the 2nd and 3rd form fields.

-
Click the Login button.

-
To set up your security question, type any question you want into the “Enter Question” field.

-
Enter your answer into the “Answer” field.

-
Click the “Submit” button to continue into the system.
