Volunteer State Community College | Student Services Division
Admissions: Prospective students seeking admission to Volunteer State to complete courses for college credit must fulfill certain requirements for admission.
Financial Aid: Volunteer State provides a comprehensive program of financial assistance to students in the form of grants, loans, part-time employment, and scholarships.
Online Catalog & Class Schedule: Volunteer State offers many different courses in many different areas. These courses are offered at different times throughout the semester.
Testing Center:The Testing Center maintains various counseling, psychological, testing, and orientation services which are available to students. Admissions, academic, career, personal, and retention counseling and educational planning services are delivered by educationally qualified counselors on staff. Also, the Testing Center is responsible for and participates in many national and state testing programs.
CTE Program of Study: CTE Program of Study is a federal program designed to benefit high school students who do well in several career and technical (vocational/business) courses by granting them college credits for certain courses completed in high school so they don't have to duplicate those courses in college.
Dual Enrollment:: Our Dual Enrollment program offers college level courses to qualified high school students. Such courses may be conducted on the high school campus. Successful completion of these courses awards credit for both college and high school.
