Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job DescriptionCintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will be responsible for all accounts receivable related administrative functions, including contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers, and posting payments, credit memos and adjustments.

Daily duties include heavy phone activity and computer use, as well as filing and faxing of customer invoices and information and meeting monthly accounts receivable goals. Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include: housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards

Job RequirementsQualifications
• Accurate typing at 30 words per minute
• 1-3 years experience on the telephone, preferred
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience, preferred
• Additional PC skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), preferred
• Telephone collections, preferred
