The I.T. Helpdesk Technician is a PART TIME or FULL TIME position. This position will support end users and ensure resources are available to all users to provide outstanding service.

Job RequirementsCandidates should possess an Associate Degree or comparable course work/experience and have knowledge of:

• Basic networking concepts
• Active Directory
• IP addressing
• Installing Windows, programs and drivers
• Microsoft Office
• Basic troubleshooting and problem solving of computers and network devices
